Agreement between Attendee & Host
This agreement is between ____________________________________________, the “Attendee” and LuciaRene.com, the “Host” (which includes Lucia René and all event presenters and facilitators) for a live event (workshop or retreat) referred to herein as the “Event”.
The Attendee understands and agrees to the following:
- I am participating in the Host’s Event of my own free will and have freely paid an Event fee in order to actively solicit the Host’s advice on personal and spiritual matters. I understand that the Event will include a technique called an Empowerment or Transmission of Light. I understand that working closely with the Host in this setting may be a powerful, life-altering experience.
- I assume total responsibility and risk for all of my experiences, actions, and reactions, both during and after the Event. I understand that the Host provides information “as is” and does not make any express or implied warranties, representations, or endorsements whatsoever with regard to the information provided. I understand that the Host shall not be liable for any cost or perceived damage arising, either directly or indirectly, from advice given. I understand it is solely my responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of all opinions, advice, and information provided during the Event.
