These audio files were edited. Women’s names were, for the most part, deleted out of respect for their privacy. For this reason, the beginning of each processing session may sound a little choppy. Also, long pauses were shortened. Pauses were, however, left in the recordings purposefully because this gives you time to examine your own internal state.
To get the most out of the course, please consider these suggestions:
- Be meditative — Set aside time to listen to the files when you can sit, close your eyes, and meditate. Not only are you learning the processing technique, but you are clearing processes and egoic structural blockages within yourself as you do the work along with the woman processing. This can’t be accomplished if you are washing dishes and listening to the files like a radio in the background.
- Follow the sequence — Listen to the audio files in the order they are presented. The knowledge builds from session to session.
- Absorb and implement — Leave some time in-between listening to each file. Put the processing technique into practice in your daily life. Questions will invariably arise. When you return to listen to the next audio, your how-to questions will hopefully be answered.
